Delete your HoodUp account

Use the immediate in-app control wherever possible. The web form is available when you cannot access the app.

Fastest route: Open HoodUp and go to Settings → More settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Follow both confirmation prompts to permanently remove the account.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account permanently removes the active account and the personal data tied to it, subject to any limited retention required by law, fraud prevention, dispute handling or protected backups.

AccountProfile, username, avatar, preferences and authentication record.

VehiclesCars, registration details, modifications, performance figures, spend records and vehicle media.

ActivityPosts, comments, feedback, follows, likes, saves, reports and notifications associated with the account.

Content copied or shared by another person outside HoodUp cannot be recalled from their device. Limited encrypted backup copies may persist for a short period until the normal backup cycle overwrites them; they are not used to recreate a deleted account.

Before deleting

Save any vehicle information or media you need to keep.
Cancel an active HoodUp PRO subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a store-managed subscription.
Make sure the email below is the one connected to your HoodUp account so we can verify ownership.

Submit a web deletion request

Complete this form when you no longer have access to the app. We will contact the account email to verify the request before deletion. Never send a password, recovery code or payment card details.

Need help instead?

Deleting an account cannot be undone. For a sign-in problem, incorrect vehicle record, unwanted post or subscription question, open a support ticket or email info@hoodup.app before deleting.
